Welcome to the future! We allow every bit of technology to permeate our mind, more and more as time goes on. Information is constantly being imported directly into our minds, and soon, no one will need to think for themselves anymore! Meet the new you!
Screenprint
These works are all projects completed for ARTS 335 Screenprint, an arts elective course I took in Fall 2024. This introductory screenprint course had projects utilizing hand-painted screens, halftone printing, and CMYK.

Self Portrait in Closing
"We are all the same in death". This piece is a self portrait in the closing of my life. Without the title, it would not be clear that this work is meant to depict myself. An individual can have many characteristics that define who they are and what makes them different from everybody else, but in the end, we will all be the same: a skeleton.
Bite
Love renders the heart vulnerable to attack, and the wounds caused by people we used to love take a long time to heal. The gash bitten out of the heart leaves it useless, unable to love as properly as it did before. Giving your heart up to someone is a risk that sometimes leaves us broken.
DO NOT APPROACH
DANGER! I am so scary and intimidating! People have told me that I looked like that before they got to know me better. Personally, I don't see it. This piece explores false danger and how people often perceive things to be much more threatening than they actually are.
